✨ About The Role

- Your primary goal will be to successfully acquire new industrial clients and contribute to the value-added management of the customer life cycle. - You will be responsible for proactively qualifying contacts within the target industry groups and helping customers recognize their benefit case. - The role involves initiating contact, scheduling, and conducting meetings and sales actions with leads from various sources, including professional networks, customer references, social media, online marketing, and events. - You will participate in events and trade fairs to generate new leads and present online and offline, including webinars, to both small and large audiences. - The job includes enterprise sales, which entails understanding corporate structures with diverse contacts, interests, and decision-making processes. - You will collaborate with the Customer Success Team and project management at customer sites. - You will maintain up-to-date contact information, activities, and the deal pipeline in the company's CRM. - The role requires creating software and service proposals and negotiating them with clients. - You will be part of a dynamic and growing market environment, working with the latest tools and technologies, and have the opportunity to work remotely within Germany and up to 60 days a year from other EU countries.

⚡ Requirements

- You should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar B2B solution sales role, ideally within the software industry. - Your background may include business administration, marketing, economics, business informatics, communications, or a related field, and you may be an academic career changer. - Experience in (Key) Account Management and/or Business Development with industrial clients or logistics service providers is essential. - You should be goal-oriented, able to work independently, and skilled in building sustainable customer relationships with empathy and customer focus. - Teamwork should be one of your strengths, and you should enjoy collaborative work while being resilient under pressure. - You must be highly motivated to work remotely and take responsibility for your tasks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are required, and knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage. - You should be comfortable with travel, approximately 25% of the time, for customer visits and events within Germany and the EU. - You must be based in Germany and be open to meeting with the team in person every three months.
