Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) you will be an important pillar in our growing sales team.
  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers (cities, municipalities, communes, municipal enterprises) in the D/A/CH region and achieve your personal quarterly sales targets.
  • You take over both inbound and increasingly outbound sales.
  • You manage the complete sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to lead qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, contract completion, and handover to customer success (responsible for the software implementation).
  • You build your own pipeline by identifying new leads, proactively approaching decision-makers (email, LinkedIn, phone) and qualifying them.
  • You identify the need in online product demos and present how Ayunis (formerly Locaboo) can help customers (value selling).
  • You provide aggregated customer feedback to our product team and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our SaaS platform.
  • In close cooperation with our marketing, among others, you develop new (outbound) strategies and build relationships with potential customers and decision-makers through other channels such as telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • As a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) you also represent Ayunis at numerous events such as trade fairs or your own online and offline events.

Qualification

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales in the SaaS sector (in an SDR, BDR, AE role).
  • First experiences in the public sector are a strong plus (but not a must).
  • You are characterized by your positive attitude, high social competence, and outstanding communication skills and are an active listener.
  • You are goal-oriented, proactive, and "get things done" where others first talk.
  • You are passionate about sales and constantly continue to educate yourself. SPIN, MEDDIC, Discovery, Icebreaker are not foreign words for you but your passion.
  • You like to develop yourself and are always interested in new software tools, sales techniques, and hacks.
  • You have German language skills at a native level and English language skills at C1/C2 level.
