But we realized that with recent advances in data science, all the complexity of cities could be made simple enough for anyone to understand. And that understanding would be essential to making the sustainable, equitable, and prosperous cities we desperately need.

Today, our extensive dataset of over 100 billion data points provides unparalleled insights and analytics that have influenced billions of dollars worth of real estate transactions and continuously help more than 15 million monthly users across 8,000 websites in the US and Canada make better-informed decisions.

In the summer of 2023, we secured a Series B funding round to grow our team, enhance our products, and, ultimately, help build the cities of tomorrow.

Your mission: As Local Logic's Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Mortgage and Financial Services, you'll be responsible for expanding our footprint within the Mortgage, Fintech, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors across the US and Canada. You'll drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and guiding complex deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.

This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with consultative enterprise selling. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, demand generation, and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies, engage enterprise clients, and deliver data-driven solutions that help our partners better understand risk, location, and consumer behavior.

As part of our revenue-driving Sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Local Logic's mission: transforming how industries generate leads, retain customers, and will enable smarter lending, underwriting, and investment decisions through our powerful data and analytics platform.

You bring deep domain knowledge and an extensive network in the mortgage and financial services ecosystem, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the drive to exceed ambitious goals. You're an advisor first, a closer second. You are curious, strategic, and passionate about the power of data to reshape decision-making.

Local Logic is a remote-enabled company, and this is a fully remote position unless you happen to be in Montreal.

As our Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Mortgage and Financial Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new business growth by sourcing, developing, and closing opportunities with mortgage lenders, banks, fintechs, insurers, and related financial institutions across the US and Canada.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from outreach to negotiation and contract execution, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers along the way.
  • Leverage your industry expertise and rolodex to position Local Logic's data products as strategic assets for underwriting, risk modeling, market analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation to identify target accounts, execute campaigns, and convert inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, understanding their business challenges and aligning Local Logic's solutions to their strategic priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term customer success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Represent Local Logic at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to build visibility, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the financial ecosystem.

Key requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in mortgage, fintech, banking, insurance, or financial data solutions.
  • Proven success managing complex or enterprise-level sales cycles, with experience selling SaaS, analytics, or data-driven technology products.
  • Deep understanding of how location, risk, and market data inform decision-making in mortgage or financial services contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and data strategy leaders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative and analytical selling style.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, and prospecting tools such as Clay, Qualified, or Apollo.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of both strategy and execution.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and collaboration with internal teams.
