We are looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales Medewerker who will take responsibility for our customer segment in the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom. You will play a key role in supporting customers, stimulating sales, and ensuring smooth operational follow-up.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming calls and emails regarding orders, administration, and technical support.
• Proactively thinking with customers, following up on complaints, and suggesting alternatives.
• Entering orders, preparing quotes, and processing payments via CRM and ERP.
• Providing product information and tailored recommendations to customers, as well as offering necessary support for technical questions.
• Collaborating with our sales team to manage leads and improve the customer journey.

Function requirements include:

• Bachelor's or master's degree, with several years of experience in (inside) sales or customer support.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
• Commercially inclined, with experience in proactive sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Quickly familiar with technical information and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Accurate and organized in administrative follow-up.
