The challenges you will find:

  1. Assist in the construction and review of lead lists;
  2. Contact potential partners via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls;
  3. Prospect outbound leads within the SLA of the process, ensuring agility and efficiency in conversion;
  4. Qualify leads based on the target partner profile of Loft;
  5. Execute follow-up to resume contact or confirm attendance at meetings;
  6. Act in conjunction with commercial consultants, assisting in the scheduling of meetings and passing information for lead conversion;
  7. Keep the CRM updated daily, recording all interactions and status of opportunities;
  8. Provide initial onboarding and support content for new partners, following the ramp-up along with the commercial consultant until activation;
  9. Monitor the main KPIs of the area and support continuous improvement of them, actively participating in team meetings and forums.

What do you need to turn the key?

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Quick learning and resilience to handle objections and achieve goals;
  • Desirable sales experience, previous experience in the real estate market is a plus;
  • Good time management and organization to work on multiple lists efficiently;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively, sharing ideas and resources;
  • Dynamic, hands-on profile with a focus on execution and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Undergraduate course in progress or complete in Commercial Management, Administration, or related fields;
  • Reside in Curitiba, PR.
