Sales Effectiveness Senior Coordinator

The Sales Effectiveness Senior Coordinator sits within the Sales Effectiveness & Strategic Deals function and plays a key role in supporting the planning, delivery and ongoing adoption of strategic global enablement initiatives. The role brings strong programme management, coordination, data analysis and execution to ensure these initiatives are successful and deliver tangible outcomes to our sales organisation.

Working closely with the Global Sales Effectiveness Lead and partners across the Sales & Account Management Group (SAM), Revenue Enablement, Strategic Deals, Revenue Ops & GTM, this role helps translate strategy into execution, scale learning, and equip sellers with the tools and structure needed to drive revenue and retention.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support global Sales Effectiveness initiatives aligned to firm priorities and business impact
  • Provide PMO support across initiatives (planning, delivery, dependencies, risks, reporting)
  • Coordinate Sales Effectiveness contributions to the Sales Acceleration Summit (the firm's flagship sales enablement event), as well as a monthly SAM framework
  • Support adoption of sales methodologies (e.g. Scorecards, Blue Sheets, Win Rooms), tracking usage and outcomes
  • Act as a central coordination point across Sales Effectiveness, Strategic Deals, Revenue Enablement, Group Learning, and SAM
  • Support planning and governance of external vendor partnerships

What success looks like:

  • Initiatives are delivered on time, at scale, and with clear adoption metrics
  • Enablement priorities are structured, visible, and outcome-focused
  • Collaboration with teams across SAM

Required qualifications & experience:

  • Experience in project management, coordination, or PMO roles
  • Prior experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, sales operations, sales coaching, marketing, or commercial functions
  • Strong interest in sales performance, revenue growth, and scaling learning across sales organisations
  • Experience working with global teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong organisation, communication, and execution skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel to analyse and visualise large data sets, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint

Desirable qualifications & experience:

  • Background in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related commercial field
  • Experience supporting learning, enablement, or transformation initiatives at scale
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, enablement frameworks, or data-driven sales processes
  • Understanding of how to use AI tools to improve efficiency of various tasks
  • Experience using dashboard tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce CRM
