Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Tax Invoice

Ensure E-Faktur Tax invoices are produced. Quality checks on E Tax invoices generated to ensure that its meets the tax and compliance requirements. Reviewing, updating, and compiling invoice and credit notes from the system. And Sending of invoice, credit note and tax invoice to partner teams within the organization.

Invoice Dispatch

Maintaining of customer list and processing required data for invoice delivery and maintaining the records of all invoices sent and compiling it to the master list.

Withholding Tax

Oversight on the overall Withholding tax process for Indonesia team and ensures that all withholding tax certificate and VAT payment are collected and recorded.

Documents for General Tax (DGT)

Oversight of the overall DGT process, prepares Indonesia DGT form based on the approved template and collect DGT form various partner teams within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Indonesia taxation related role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in account or business-related field and Intermediate level MS Excel and VBA (including the ability to apply advanced formulae & macros)
• Good understanding of the Indonesia Fapiao requirement and knowledge in using E-Faktur Tax invoices tool.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Self-motivated, dynamic, ability to respond to changing priorities and able to work with minimal direction. Dedication to deliver to agreed timescales.
• Able to work effectively, independently, cooperate with stakeholders needs and ability to work under pressure and to exacting time scales on occasion.
• Communicate & collaborate closely with internal and external collaborators for resolution of data queries. Developing expertise in data-related issues.
• Enhance usage of available tools/support to the best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
• Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
