You will join the Sales Order Management division of the Customer Operations organization. Our local team consists of 80+ colleagues based in Gdynia (and other locations in India and the Philippines). Our major responsibility is to provide administrative support to our Sales teams. As Sales Order Management Specialists, we cooperate with several internal teams, and we also directly support external clients if needed.
As a Sales Order Specialist, you will facilitate all administrative processes to assure that our client signs the proper contract, receives access to use our products, and is correctly billed. We call our service “order to cash” because we manage the series of tasks that need to be processed from the moment the client puts an order until the invoice is paid.
