- The Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling desktop and FX trading solutions into the trading and banking area across the CEEMA region.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities and leading deal negotiations while collaborating closely with the Account Management team.
- The candidate will need to manage all contractual, legal, and technical requirements from opportunity identification to closure.
- Building and maintaining high-level customer relationships, especially with C-level decision-makers, is a key responsibility.
- The role requires a proactive approach to learning, pipeline generation, and sales execution, ensuring potential leads are followed up appropriately.

- The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric focus with commercial or customer service experience in the financial markets.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in FX trading or sales within a bank or as a sales/relationship manager with a financial technology vendor is essential.
- The candidate should possess a demonstrable understanding of the sell-side and the trends affecting the industry.
- Holding an ACI Dealing Certificate or relevant certifications is considered a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, with additional languages from the CEEMA region being a major advantage.
