We are looking for a dynamic and inclusive Leader to join our team in Manila! As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 10-12 staff, taking charge of order preparation, order management, and billing for a designated group of segment customers within RMA AMERS, sale order management team. This role requires flexible timings to better support our teams and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support Data & Analytics financial health through effective execution of fulfilment and financial processes.
  • Deliver Data & Analytics operations transformation programs.
  • Focus on talent development, diversity and inclusion.
  • Deliver Order Management operational performance.
  • Deliver on market driven metric commitments.
  • Improve client, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Handle risk & controls for Data & Analytics Customer Operations
  • Proactively flagging and advising Account Managers & Account Directors of Order Form delays.
  • Advising Account Directors of issues pending Sales information.
  • Reviewing Discrepancies between Finance Report and Sales/Cancels and proactively notifying sales and upskilling SOS
  • Consulting with Sales on how to resolve outstanding pending book issues and requiring them to engage CIPs, CSMs, Prop Sales, Commercial Policy or Legal as needed.
  • Proactively supervising Bill Blocks and engaging with sales on status.
  • Taking an active role in mentor and upskilling team and individuals.
  • Incorporating team feedback to find innovative new ways of working.
  • Partnering with Account Directors and Account Managers to become a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively flagging controls needed to avoid RISK events.
  • Improving team performance by identifying root cause issues and eliminating future downstream issues.
  • Making sure the accurate escalation paths are established and effective.
  • Creative workload balancing.
  • Establishing ways to work smarter, not harder.
  • Look for ways to recognize individuals and encourage the team, incorporating team building activities and games.
  • Collaborating with teams outside of SOM to establish partnerships and leverage mutually beneficial ways of working.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • People management experience or experience in non-direct people management activities
  • Understanding of staffing issues and concepts of human resources, finance policies and processes
  • Experience with conflict resolution and disciplinary methods
  • Passion and driven
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle change and challenge existing processes
  • Strong customer centric
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong partner leadership skills
  • Keen attention to detail, foresight, and critical thinking
