  • Experience in SEM advertising and managing digital advertising.
  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product SME for customers and agencies.

The Performance Specialist team accelerates adoption of Google's AI Performance Ads products. In partnership with frontline sellers, you will be responsible for advancing our customers' strategy and execution of Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance campaigns. You will have the opportunity to partner with product teams to influence the performance product roadmap and GTM to scale work across sectors and regions. The sector has an emphasis on customers' with lead generation marketing objectives, providing even more opportunity to strategically advise against the unique needs of this customer.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with frontline sellers on AI powered product adoption strategy across book of customers, work with senior level stakeholders to translate their business objectives into AI driven product expansion, and capture feedback to inform product roadmap.
  • Develop strategic pitches to influence product adoption and revenue growth in the Tech B2B space against team priorities: AI Search (AI Max), performance max and demand generation for performance.
  • Participate in cross-sector and region communities dedicated to Google's Performance Ads solutions, both sharing knowledge and scaling best practices to the sector.
  • Uplevel frontline sellers on Google Performance positioning, strategy and execution of Search, performance max and demand generation campaigns.
