Responsibilities include services sales executive for all Oracle Technology, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) products and services, and Oracle SaaS. Focus areas are IaaS and PaaS services, SaaS services, Oracle Enterprise Architecture Services, and Database Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying and developing value-add propositions for Oracle customers. Our ACS Sales Reps are responsible for finding and generating new customers, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel. They are viewed as experts in the field and are assigned to large, complex, highly visible, strategic, or tactically important accounts; they may also act in a leadership capacity.
Mandatory knowledge/experience includes: successful services sales rep must develop strong internal relationships with the rest of the Oracle Account ecosystem. They can network and develop strong business relationships with customers so that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Direct sales experience: minimum of 8+ years' experience working in a direct field sales role selling Cloud Service solutions, IT sales for a solution consulting organization in the areas outlined above, Oracle technology product knowledge, and must demonstrate experience selling complex, multi-pillar sales solutions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate that they understand and practice the following traits: territory management & account planning, ability to segment a market/territory, ability to define sales & demand generation strategies, ability to prospect to generate leads, in-depth knowledge of driving the entire sales cycle, including ability to qualify a customer and opportunity, ability to assemble and leverage the pursuit team, presentation skills – customer solutions, ability to drive relationships with procurement/vendor management to negotiate terms pricing, ability to build and execute close plans, ability to forecast accurate numbers, and must have experience negotiating contract terms & conditions.

As a CSS Fields Sales Rep; you'll be responsible for closing managed service engagements within a defined set of Key Accounts. Must possess strategic account planning and effective presentation skills. Must have strong collaborative skills with both internal and external partners. Must have extensive knowledge of consultative selling enterprise service solutions within large Fortune 100 accounts. Must be a hunter, not a farmer, with ability to gain immediately creditability with C-level executives. Must possess good sales mechanics in order to efficiently sell organization's services. Primarily finds new customers in existing Oracle clients and generates new business. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $113,100 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
