Description of the Offer:
The Outbound department is composed of 30 SDR and 10 managers distributed between Paris, Nantes, and Barcelona, and it continues its growth. In this context, we are recruiting a SDR Manager to supervise a team of 3 to 5 SDR in Paris.
As an SDR Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial performance of your team and in the continuous improvement of our prospecting processes.
Who are the SDR?
They are in charge of identifying, creating, and qualifying opportunities with potential clients. True spokesperson for the company, they are the first point of contact with our future clients.
The SDR are in contact with various interlocutors and from all sectors. They must understand their needs as best as possible, introduce them to our solutions, convince them of our value added, and finally obtain qualified appointments.
Main Missions:
Piloting Performance:
- Ensure the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of your team as well as your individual objectives,
- Analyze the results (conversion rate, transfers, disqualifications) to adapt the acquisition strategy and commercial approach.
Management and Talent Development:
- Ensure the upskilling and continuous training of the SDR,
- Accompaniment individually the SDR, notably on complex calls, commercial posture, and discourse,
- Be responsible for the onboarding of new recruits and the follow-up of their integration until the validation of the trial period,
- Project and evolve the SDR in the Lucca sales school.
Improvement of Processes & Collaboration:
- Propose and pilot strategic projects with impact for your team, and for the department,
- Contribute actively to the improvement of the Outbound processes and to the collaboration with the other departments,
- Use and optimize the internal tools to maximize the commercial performance.
Recruitment and HR Follow-up:
- Participate in the recruitment stages of the SDR (interviews, HR synthesis, final decision) in pair with your N+1, ensuring the adequacy of the recruited profiles with the expectations of Lucca and of the Outbound,
- Ensure the respect of the HR rules (remote work, vacations, follow-up of times),
- Carry out the quarterly and annual interviews (setting qualitative objectives),
- Be attentive to the needs and of the team, report the irritants and propose solutions,
- Organize and animate the team rituals (meetings, individual points, team points, lunches...).
Support & Evolution:
As a manager, you will benefit from:

Profile Sought:
You are graduated from a top business school or an equivalent university
You have at least 2 years of experience in prospecting, ideally B2B at SaaS publishers
Knowledge and practice of the management of large accounts are highly appreciated
Your English is fluent: You master it at a B2 level (read, spoken, written)
At ease in a fast-evolving environment, you combine an analytical mind, organization, and great relational skills, both in writing and orally.

Recruitment Process:
Step 1: Telephone interview with the person in charge of recruitment (30min)
Step 2: Manager interview with the Outbound Director and the Head of Outbound France (60min)
Step 3: Technical test followed by a small oral and a meeting with the team (60min)
