✨ About The Role
- Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) at Lucid Software are responsible for leading strategic business growth for new and existing customers in their assigned territories
- EAEs work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify target markets and verticals, and engage in outbound prospecting efforts
- The role involves generating and closing new pipeline across business segments and verticals through various prospect engagements, including cold calling, emailing, demos, negotiations, and marketing activities
- EAEs collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and maintain continual customer engagement
- The position requires working out of the Amsterdam office two days per week, with a focus on creating business value across multiple personas and achieving sales quotas.
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS/software sales, preferably in a similar role as an Account Executive or Account Manager
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with potential and existing customers
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex sales processes and closing high-level business deals in a competitive environment
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language is preferred
