✨ About The Role
- Responsible for strategic business growth for new Lucidspark, Lucidchart, and Lucidscale customers within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment
- Close business, prospect, and build personal relationships with a book of accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and identify strategic opportunities to expand Lucid adoption
- Develop and maintain reliable forecasts to create transparency between your pipeline and the management team
- Other duties include improving best practices around outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and meeting team standards around activity and accountability
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in sales closing or business development, preferably in SaaS/tech industry, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is required
- Ability to manage a large number of prospects and opportunities simultaneously
- Fluent in English, with a bonus if you speak Dutch, German, or another European language
- Strong teamwork mentality, seeking opportunities to help others and lead critical initiatives
