Location: San Jose (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
We are looking for an Inside Sales Service Rep to join our team.
The Inside Sales Rep is the primary driver of Service Contract Sales which account for 20% of the overall Revenue of the America's Region. The Sales Rep has direct responsibility for the Service Contract sales cycle from prospecting through to closing for new contract opportunities though some focus on contract renewals is also expected. The Sales Rep will use best practices for high volume Inside Sales and will coordinate sales strategy for target accounts with Field Sales, Service and Clinical counterparts to ensure the correct resources are utilized in sequence to close the sale. The Sales Rep will exercise considerable initiative and judgment to maximize the profitability of each opportunity and is expected to influence the overall marketing programs to ensure Lumenis delivers solutions of value to our customers. The Sales Rep may participate in training of Inside and Field counterparts.
