As Account Director I, you will be joining the Federal Civilian Specialized Sales team, focusing on IT Solutions. This role will be instrumental in continuing to grow the Lumen brand both as a MSP and MSSP. You are a strategic thinker and problem-solver, who thrives in a dynamic environment and can communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels. Experience:
Knowledge of Telecom industry and its competitive landscape. Familiarity with Lumen's Products and Services preferred. Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills at all levels, including C-Levels. Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction and take ownership end-to-end. Exceptional organizational, follow-through and influencing skills but also agile and adaptable to changes through creative problem solving and "can-do" attitude.
Compensation:
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$89,303 - $119,070 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$93,776 - $125,024 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$98,238 - $130,977 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
