The Manager Sales Operations acts as the Sales Operations support to the Wholesale segment. The candidate employs a wide variety of skills and functions, including reporting on sales performance trends and attainment, overseeing proper module management for the sales teams, sales team headcount, adjustments, process questions and resolving escalated disputes by applying existing precedence and rules where possible and making decisions with future behaviors in mind. It is expected that this position will be the subject matter expert in operational areas of the business and as such will work with Sales VP as an equal in their areas of expertise in running programs and resolving issues.
This position will manage Sales Operations Consultants who support individual Sr Director Sales positions and is responsible for the standardization of processes and reporting as well as the sharing of best practices across the segment.
This position has Sales Operations Consultants as direct reports who manage all account transfers, sales hierarchy, and assist with sales recognition related issues.
This position will manage sales recognition processes and tickets for the segment.
Sales reporting and forecasting, customer segmentation, channel conflict resolution and organization strategy and design.
Will be a key contributor in sales target setting.
Will be a key contributor in reorganization and expense reduction efforts for a region including making recommendations on new operational structures and developing and implementing the transition plan with work force adjustments and customer alignment.
Develop programs and processes with Sales Leadership to help drive sales results and behaviors across the segment.
Implement process improvements across the segment and provide feedback to Sales Leadership and their Sales Operations team for best practices.
5+ years experience within sales operations
Bachelors degree or equivalent related job experience
Demonstrated analytical, communication (oral and written) with Sales Executives, conflict resolution, multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skill set.
Computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Project management skills Experience in Sales Operations, Reporting, Compensation or related field
Expert knowledge of Sales Operations specialty and strong business acumen
Highly developed facilitation and team building skills

Location Based Pay Ranges:
$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
