✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving revenue generation, developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, and closing deals in the mid-market segment
- Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for growth, including cross-sells
- Engage in sales activities via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings, while forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement
- Work closely with senior management and corporate counsel to ensure successful deal closures and create satisfied customers
- Play a key role in simplifying post-purchase experiences for consumers and driving customer loyalty through seamless interactions

- Experienced SaaS sales professional with a track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals in the range of up to $50K
- Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and engaging with senior-level executives to pitch value and drive sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer care and problem-solving
- Previous startup experience and understanding of e-commerce are highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience
