Account Executive

In the Series-A phase and supported by top investors like Capnamic and 42CAP, it is our mission to transform the work environment of frontline workers. At Lumiform, we set new standards in the automation of workflows in quality, safety, and compliance, thereby creating safer, more efficient work environments. Our goal? To replace time-consuming, error-prone, repetitive tasks and pen and paper to increase productivity, safety, and compliance!
As an Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring new customers and contribute significantly to the global growth of Lumiform.
Tasks
Your tasks include:
- Responsible for new, recurring revenues by closing new customers worldwide (focus on DACH).
- Work closely with our SDRs who schedule qualified meetings.
- Develop the pipeline independently through your own outreach.
- Conduct thorough pre-qualifications of potential customers.
- Guide potential customers through the evaluation process and influence decision criteria.
- Create and negotiate offers and close new contracts.
- Maintain data hygiene in our CRM.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product team to share customer feedback.
Your first two weeks will look like this:
- You will become a product expert in the Lumiform application.
- You will acquire all necessary tools: Lumiform, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
- You will take every opportunity to get to know our market, use cases, and our ICP.
Weeks 3-4:
- You will conduct your first calls independently.
- You will accompany our Account Executive during their demos.
- You will receive coaching and training from our Head of Sales to improve appointment bookings and sales talks.
- We will set your goals for the next few months together.
From week 5:
- You will continue to receive ongoing coaching for your personal development.
- You will conduct 4+ demos daily and close your first deals.
You may already realize that we are not a company that makes empty promises. We do everything to ensure that you develop into an excellent Account Executive at Lumiform in the shortest possible time.
Requirements
You should be:
- Based in Berlin and willing to work primarily from the office, at least three days a week.
- Fluent in German and have very good English skills.
- Have experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, Account Manager, SDR, or BDR, ideally in the SaaS sector (not mandatory).
- Have experience in lead generation through outbound activities, ideally.
- Have a "get-things-done" mentality, enthusiasm, and a confident demeanor.
- Be someone who likes to build things and get things done.
- Be a fan of the Lumiform product.
