Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales for our multi-brand portfolio within Korea. You will strengthen and maintain market share and trade visibility across key accounts and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
Sales Management & Development
- Lead and manage the local sales team
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with commercial staff to implement best practices and optimize retail performance
- Ensure adherence to retail guidelines (visual merchandising, collection display)
- Maximize space allocation in multi-brand retail environments
- Provide training and guidance on new collections
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance of the sales team
- Proactively lead the team to acquire new customers and increase sales
- Maintain a consistent and high-level brand image
- Develop people strategies, succession plans, and track individual development of key positions
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to staff
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams at regional office and HQ (planning, forecasting, supply chain, production, marketing, logistics, accounting)
- Stay updated on all stages of the sales and production cycle to ensure timely delivery of products
- Produce sales activity reports with relevant analysis for the General Manager to optimize opportunities
Business Development
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Identify potential partners and new business opportunities
Brand Management
- Monitor discount practices and enforce pricing guidelines
- Ensure adherence to brand and marketing guidelines
- Work with local marketing team to build brand awareness
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience, consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage the full sales process from planning to closing
