Senior Sales Analyst

The Sr. Analyst- Sales will be a business partner to the regional sales executives, providing analytical insights to support the decision-making process in a variety of projects. This includes providing meaningful sales analysis that include customer level performance, product mix, customer churn and segmentation, incentive compensation and sales optimization. The Sr. Analyst- Sales will analyze and evaluate sales performance while taking into consideration regional conditions. Additionally, this individual will serve as a facilitator and liaison with other departments to address business needs from the regional sales executives.

Major duties and responsibilities include developing partnerships with sales leaders to understand their needs and provide insights that generate value for the organization, compiling and communicating actionable information and insights to the sales organization, providing territory analysis, analyzing sales processes, productivity, sales efficiency and sales optimization, evaluating sales records and trends while evaluating performance against regional goals, assisting management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling forecast including sales to budget variance, considering lines of business to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action, analyzing results and setting up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance, conducting quantitative analysis including ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, and probability modeling, participating in business financial reviews, creating external and internal PowerPoint presentations, leading, training, and coaching offshore resources.

Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Business, 3+ years in a similar analytical role, superior oral and written communication skills, experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP, experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, high level of organization and detail-oriented, excellent time management, demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize, strong modeling techniques and analytical skillset.
