Appleby Systems is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently and develop your own sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be required to travel extensively within your assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects. You are reimbursed for gas mileage. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services in the market. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills are also essential for this position. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

• Engaging with potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and demonstrating the value of products or services to customers.
• Possess a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Managing their sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
• Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Building and maintaining a network of contacts and referrals is crucial for an outside sales representative to expand their customer base and generate new leads.
• Continuously update their knowledge about the products or services they are selling, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, understand their requirements, and address any concerns or objections.
