Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast In-Home Sales Manager

Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast is growing at an impressive pace. With strong lead flow and a reputation built on quality products and expert installation, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Manager to help drive continued success in the New Orleans and surrounding markets.

As the In-Home Sales Manager, you will lead from the front — driving growth by building, coaching, and inspiring a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in both sales and management, setting the tone for performance while actively supporting the team in the field.

You'll create a high-energy, results-driven environment where your team feels confident, supported, and motivated to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the inside sales team
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps as a hands-on training tool
  • Provide in-home support by assisting reps with closing deals when needed
  • Monitor and review team performance, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met
  • Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover potential lost sales
  • Partner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize closing potential
  • Lead ongoing sales training meetings to develop and sharpen team skills
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability across the sales team
  • Drive a strong sales culture focused on performance, growth, and results

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-day bath concept preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational and business development skills
  • Comfortable using technology, including iPads and electronic contract systems
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead by example
