Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of FSRs (New Business) to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new customer acquisition across assigned areas.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure full coverage and prospecting activities within assigned territories.
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and joint customer visits.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
- Support career development and succession planning within the team.
Customer Acquisition & Business Development
- Drive prospecting activities including cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
- Ensure the team delivers compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure new accounts and long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Merchandising etc.) to deliver seamless onboarding for new clients.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Ensure accurate usage of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for activity tracking and forecasting.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in new business development, preferably in office supplies, workplace solutions, or FMCG/industrial products.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team toward achieving ambitious targets.
- Good Command in English
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned areas.
