We are looking for a Business Analyst Sales- CRM MS Dynamics F/M to join our Sales Experience team based in Marly (59), France. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and optimistic teammate, ready to take on new challenges!

Your missions:
- You will organize and lead the functional specification phases in the field of Customer Relationship Management via the Sales Forces.
- Together with the product owner and key users from several countries, you will plan the functional workshops, define the content and objectives, lead them in the presence of key contacts, and then draw up the resulting functional specification documents
- Collaborate with the Technical team (Squad) for the design and implementation of the application
- You will participate in change management activities by providing training based on user requirements
- Provide ongoing support to key users
- You may be required to lead a project in addition to your functional role, depending on your experience in project management
Your profile:
- With a Bac+5 level in an engineering or business school, you ideally have a first significant and successful experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies and products.
- Thus, your know-how is based on the following practices:
- You have a good knowledge of the business issues related to sales force management (SFA) with a CRM platform
- You have a sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to be comfortable with various business and IT interlocutors
- Plan, prepare, execute and perform functional tests in relation to the requirements
- Experience in delivering applications on the Microsoft Power Platform
- You have, at the very least, a good general knowledge of Marketing and Customer Service management issues with a CRM IT tool
- You have knowledge of the Dynamics CRM product and/or Power Platform
- You are fluent in English: written and oral presentations
