- The PPE Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving and developing the PPE business within the designated geographic area and customer segment. - Key responsibilities include creating action plans to maintain and grow customer relationships and increase sales of product subfamilies and services. - The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights to inform the PPE strategy. - The specialist will analyze information to support tactical decision-making and propose sales support actions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. - Training and developing the sales team through workshops and meetings will be crucial to ensure they have the necessary skills to achieve growth objectives in PPE.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a university degree, preferably in a technical field, and a postgraduate qualification in occupational risk prevention is desirable. - A strong understanding of the labor safety market and personal protective equipment (PPE) products is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should possess advanced Spanish language skills and equivalent English proficiency, ideally at a First Certificate level. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems will be beneficial for managing client relationships and sales processes. - A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a company that sells or manufactures PPE, with a focus on end customers, is required.
