To provide consistent administrative services and manage various types of sales activities supporting Sales Team's objectives and plans.
To prepare various sales reports required on daily, weekly, and monthly basis accurately and in a timely manner
To prepare and produce customer quotations and tenders in a timely manner
To calculate sales incentive for all sales personnel accurately within the timeline required to the management team
To attend and participate in sales meetings, ensuring all updated requirements for administration-related are implemented correctly
Carry out administrative tasks effectively. This includes completing customer letters, personalized tariffs, tariff mailing, answering to tenders, customer priced order forms, communication on commercial instructions to sales force to be aligned with contract conditions, replying to customer on sponsorship requests, preparation of sales training material for new sales staff
Carry out pricing tasks accurately and in a timely manner. This includes creation/modification of specific prices in the contract tool in accordance with the validation process.
Generate required sales reports; analyze statistics and highlight all required information to the sales team correctly. Report any inconsistency to the managers immediately for further management action and rectification
Liaise closely and coordinate well with inter-department stakeholders for data exchange and information sharing
All other adhoc reasonable assignments assigned to you from time to time
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
SAP user, high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
Minimum 2 years working experience in sales administration/sales support
