We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Operations Director to lead and optimize our multi-channel B2B sales force responsible for Lyreco's small and medium size customer segment, (known as SMB.) This role is critical to delivering sales excellence across both field and telesales channels, overseeing a team of approximately 80 salespeople and 10 sales managers, as well as managing our sales lead sourcing function. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands on experience in B2B environments, ecommerce, sales automation systems, and change management, along with a strong track record in coaching, developing, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
