✨ About The Role

The Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for owning the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading rep coaching Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, process monitoring, channel sales, client engagement, team management, coaching, commission plans, and recruiting top-tier sales talent The role involves handling monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, informing supply curation based on demand signals, and defining playbooks for outbound motion in both machines sales and partner sales The Head of Sales will also drive new motions increasing deal volume, average order value (AOV), and expansion to new verticals, as well as travel to customers and potential clients to lead executive-level conversations and establish relationships with key industry players

⚡ Requirements

Proven track record in sales of physical products, preferably within a blue-collar context Experience leading and scaling sales teams in a startup environment Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to emerging trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
