Job Responsibilities

The unique aspects of this position include:

• Editing and coordinating customer inquiries including offer calculations
• Coordinating the request contents internally and with the customer
• Offer creation and price negotiations with the customer
• Commercial and technical coordination and negotiations with customers
• Claim management
• Price maintenance in the system
• Implementation of change management
• Other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor

Your preferred qualifications include:

• Technical (vocational) education (TU, FH, HTL) and theoretical foundations or comparable education
• Accuracy and analytical thinking
• High flexibility and resilience
• Commercial knowledge and cost awareness
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Confident and representative appearance
• Fluent and professional English in speech and writing
• Team-oriented and structured working style in projects
• Willingness to travel
• IT knowledge
