We are looking for a competitive, self-motivated, reliable Sales Rep/Delivery Driver with a good positive attitude and the motivation and skill set to service customer accounts effectively. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy having variety in your workday, this is an opportunity for you. As the Sales Rep/Delivery Driver, you will drop off, fill, rotate, and merchandise beverage products at assigned accounts. Biweekly the sales rep is responsible for delivering and prospecting for new coffee accounts and growing current accounts the following week. For the following biweekly accounts, the sales representative is responsible for delivering to and growing our beer and non-beer accounts. We will give you the tools necessary to get the job done the Mahaska way.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely operate a company truck to service accounts based on a pre-determined daily route.
• Deliver and stock beverages (bottled, canned, and BIB syrup) at customer locations such as restaurants, gas stations, and small grocery stores.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and fill coolers to company standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Represent Mahaska professionally while engaging with current and prospective customers.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with store personnel and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business by introducing new products and acquiring new accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer communications.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on the road and at customer sites.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with sales-oriented conversations and building relationships.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
• Previous delivery or route driving experience is a plus.
