This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, contact center, and analytics functions. As a Complex Senior Sales Manager, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. As a member of the Resort of the Mexican Pacific Commercial Complex, you will grow the East Coast Incentive Market and achieve pre-established sales goals.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. Interact with clients via face-to-face meetings, Teams, and phone calls. Attend industry trade shows to represent resorts Conrad Punta de Mita & Hilton Las Cabos. Attend client events and FAMs. Travel monthly to the resorts. Work with both your fellow Commercial Services and resorts team members to achieve client expectations. Work with Revenue Management and Commercial leadership to offer the correct value proposition. Interact with both Hilton Worldwide Sales and incentive based third parties to grow our market and meet your goals. Expand the current client base to guide awareness of both resorts. Achieve individual crossover revenue objectives.
You have these minimum qualifications: five years of work experience in hotel sales, demonstrated understanding of the incentive group market, and travel up to 25% to 30% as needed. It would be useful if you have a luxury resort background, experience with or understanding of Delphi or other major hospitality sales platforms, and East Coast based.
