We are hiring for our inbound sales team in Montreal. As an SDR, you will work the leads that have already raised their hand: companies that visited our site, downloaded a resource, or came in through a partner. Your job is to qualify fast, understand what they actually need, and convert that interest into a booked meeting for an Account Executive before it goes cold. You will handle around 60 calls a day, and the difference between good and great is how well you listen on each one.
Must-have:
Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; prior B2B or SaaS sales experience
We are in-person in Montreal, five days a week. We build better teams together. We reward output: reps who hit their numbers get coached, promoted, and given bigger books. We measure results, not effort.
