MaintainX is looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales and Revenue Recruitment team as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting to a team leader in talent acquisition, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing talent pools and managing the different stages of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has proven experience in candidate sourcing, knows how to collaborate with hiring managers and can advise them on best hiring practices, compensation, and talent planning.
Find and develop pools of potential candidates for sales roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and evaluate candidates against well-defined criteria.
Explore new ways to improve talent sourcing, using creativity to develop other channels and tactics, while increasing company awareness.
Ensure data accuracy in Ashby / Greenhouse (ATS) and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
Manage certain stages of recruitment: develop talent pools, review and post job listings, source and screen candidates, organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, submit background checks, and perform other talent-related administrative tasks.
Participate in virtual or in-person job fairs, while informing students about MaintainX and the opportunities available.
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by making quick follow-ups and providing detailed feedback.
Collaborate and offer occasional support to HR and Talent teams.
5 years of relevant experience, as an internal or agency recruiter, ideally in a tech company or a fast-paced environment.

Experience with an ATS or recruitment platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Effective communicator who enjoys building connections.
