Business Development Representative

Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is currently seeking BDC (Business Development Center) Service Representatives to expand its team in our Winston-Salem, NC location. Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle approximately 115 or more calls per day - outbound only.
• Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
• Communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed department goals set forth by the department manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience highly preferable
• Computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
