Founded in 2011, the company operates a state-of-the-art facility featuring a 74-meter shot tower that utilizes the world-renowned shot tower casting technique.

As part of its strategic expansion into the United States, the company is establishing a new Sales and Operations Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead this exciting new venture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hunting, ammunition, or metal casting sectors; U.S. market experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage customer accounts, and achieve performance targets.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sales reporting or CRM software (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid work authorization in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers across the U.S. market.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company targets and market needs.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and customer outreach to identify trends, opportunities, and product demands.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with defined goals and KPIs.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate product shipments in collaboration with the local warehouse team.
  • Oversee and support inventory tracking, stock checks, and delivery timelines to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Provide customers with technical product information and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and present regular sales, performance, and market reports to the Branch Manager.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse and head office teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.
  • Other responsibilities within the position may be required from time to time.
