Your objective will be to promote the brand image and maintain the highest standard of customer service, to sell and retain our customers. You will also be involved in maintaining the standards and organization of the store, as well as in stock control and restocking the store.
- Greet, smile, and approach customers showing a friendly attitude and service availability, prioritizing customer service over all other tasks
- Possess good knowledge of products to optimally and accurately advise the customer.
- Be able to serve multiple customers simultaneously and offer all an excellent service.
- Know the sales objectives and aim to reach and exceed them, individually and as a team.
- Provide assistance while maintaining an optimal image of the store that is always attractive to customers.
We are looking for a motivated, lively, and extroverted person who demonstrates excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the enthusiasm to represent the brand through the provision of excellent customer service in order to reach and exceed sales objectives. Previous experience in the retail fashion sector is desirable.
