Sales Assistant Position

Your new position:

For our MANGO store in Helsinki, we are recruiting a part-time Sales Assistant (10 hours per week) for a fixed-term period from 26 June to 9 August. The role includes evening and weekend shifts.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcoming our customers and politely offering assistance.
• Advising customers, excellent product knowledge.
• Quickly identifying and responding appropriately to customer needs in order to maximise sales.
• When serving several customers at the same time, providing each of them with professional advice.
• Ensuring that customer service takes priority over other tasks.
• Keeping the shop tidy and attractive.
• Knowledge of the store's sales targets and the level of their achievement.
• Participation in cash register and warehouse operations, preparation of products for sale.
