YOUR NEW POSITION:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Rome, Via Nazionale 46.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your goal will be to promote the brand image and always maintain the highest standard of customer service, to sell and retain our customers. You will also be involved in maintaining the standards and organization of the store, as well as controlling the stock and restocking the store.

• Welcome, smile, and approach customers with a friendly attitude and a service-oriented approach, prioritizing customer service over all other tasks
• Have good product knowledge to advise customers optimally and accurately.
• Be able to serve multiple customers at the same time and offer excellent service to all.
• Know the sales targets and aim to meet and exceed them, individually and as a team.
• Provide assistance while maintaining an optimal store image that is always attractive to customers.

WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a motivated, lively, and extroverted person who demonstrates excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the enthusiasm to represent the brand through the provision of excellent customer service in order to meet and exceed sales targets. Previous experience in the retail fashion sector is desirable.
