YOUR NEW POSITION: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Naples, Staz.Centrale.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Your goal will be to promote the brand image and always maintain the highest standard of customer service, to sell and retain our customers. You will also be involved in maintaining the standards and organization of the store, as well as in stock control and restocking the store.

- Greet, smile, and approach customers showing a friendly attitude and service availability, prioritizing customer service over all other tasks

- Possess good product knowledge to advise the customer optimally and precisely.

- Be able to serve multiple customers simultaneously and offer all of them excellent service.

- Know the sales objectives and aim to meet and exceed them, individually and as a team.

- Provide assistance while maintaining an optimal store image that is always attractive to customers.

WHO YOU ARE: We are looking for a motivated, lively, and extroverted person who demonstrates excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the enthusiasm to represent the brand through the provision of excellent customer service in order to meet and exceed sales objectives. Previous experience in the retail fashion sector is desirable.
