1. Sales Performance and Strategy
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed dealership targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Implement effective lead management and sales conversion strategies.
Work closely with marketing to develop promotions, campaigns, and digital sales strategies.
2. Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to maximize performance.
Set individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct daily or weekly sales meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Motivate the team to achieve high customer engagement and satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and negotiations.
Develop relationships with key customers, fleet buyers, corporate clients and bank personnel.
Implement customer retention programs and follow-up strategies.
4. Inventory and Pricing Management
Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain the right vehicle mix and allocation.
Monitor stock levels and recommend promotions or discounts based on demand.
Ensure proper display, presentation, and pricing of vehicles in the showroom.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and brand standards.
Work with the finance and service departments to streamline dealership operations.
