Our client, a leading industrial services provider, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join their team. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be part of the Operations department supporting customer service and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales

Location: Casselberry, FL

Pay Range: $22-26/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 5:00pm Type: Temp to Hire

What's the Job?

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Take, place, and ensure proper fulfillment of all orders
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to support their needs
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and resolve issues using the ERP system
• Coordinate with various departments to expedite orders and meet delivery deadlines

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED
• At least two years of experience in industrial sales or related fields
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
