- Educating advisors on the retirement industry and discussing product differences and advantages is a key responsibility.
- The role includes assisting advisors with sold case paperwork and onboarding plans, as well as recommending optimal plan designs.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive work experience, preferably in phone and/or sales roles, is essential.
- The candidate should possess a commitment to attain necessary securities and insurance licenses within the first four months of hire.
