- The Internal Sales Consultant will collaborate with a wholesaler and a relationship manager to educate financial advisors about retirement plans. - This role involves managing and developing a territory primarily through phone, email, and web interactions. - The ISC will leverage investment tools to provide insights that help registered representatives improve portfolio construction. - Educating advisors on the retirement industry and discussing product differences and advantages is a key responsibility. - The role includes assisting advisors with sold case paperwork and onboarding plans, as well as recommending optimal plan designs.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive work experience, preferably in phone and/or sales roles, is essential. - The candidate should possess a commitment to attain necessary securities and insurance licenses within the first four months of hire. - A passion for growing a territory with a positive mindset is crucial for success in this role. - Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively engage with financial advisors.
