Sales And Business Opportunity

Sales and business opportunity to enlarge Manulife RP/SP product cross sales to Mortgage BDI's customer and also Mortgage Business partner in Bank Danamon Indonesia (ex. developer and broker).

This role is Manulife dedicated contact person in Mortgage Bank Danamon, so he/she can focus to explore and enlarge the opportunity to RP/SP product cross sell in Mortgage Bank Danamon and because we never have a focus.

Sales incentive program from sales target achievement, and also sales career opportunity.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Target RP/SP Product Cross Sell
  • Manage and Monitoring Sales Team activity (Manulife's Financial Services)
  • To manage all the end to end sales process, sales campaign / program, sales servicing not only for RP/SP Product but also for Manulife Credit Life Mortgage in Bank Danamon
  • To Support bridging between partners sales credit life specialist in branches and Operation/back office sales support in Head Office in supporting New Business (RP/SP and CL Mortgage), claim process or existing transaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Min.5 years of sales role experience
  • Min 3 years of experience with tools/software/etc
  • Min S1
  • SIM A

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience to manage team
  • Award in sales roles
  • Good in communication and negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English
