The Account Executive guides these prospects with empathy, curiosity, and structure, some hard selling, and real connection.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Lead Nurture & Conversion
- Engage with inbound leads via email, phone, and discovery calls (15–30 minutes).
- Build rapport, explore client needs, and recommend the most suitable coaching path.
- Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets through consultative, values-led conversations.
- Confidently handle questions, hesitations, and objections while maintaining a caring tone.
- Track all leads, calls, and conversion metrics in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide clear, warm, professional communication from first enquiry to course start.
- Ensure each client feels informed, valued, and inspired to begin their journey.
- Follow up on unconverted leads to re-engage interest and move them back into the pipeline.
- Maintain strong relationships that can lead to referrals or organizational introductions.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and client handover.
- Share insights from client conversations to enhance marketing messaging and product offerings.
- Suggest improvements to the lead-handling process to increase conversion rates and response speed.
The Person
Must-have:
- 2+ years in a sales or client-facing role (e.g. inbound sales, account management, or relationship management).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets.
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence — able to connect authentically while achieving results.
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident on phone and video calls.
- CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) for managing pipelines and tracking performance.
Nice-to-have:
- Background in learning, coaching, or communication training.
- Familiarity with scheduling and online meeting tools (Acuity, Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Experience in both B2C and B2B sales environments.
- A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity for people's personal growth.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: R50,000 and R52,000 per month, plus commission of up to R225,000 a year if you hit your targets.
