The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the U.S. Market Sales Travel Industry team, including both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) Sales teams. This role supports day-to-day business operations through coordination, documentation, reporting, and professional communication. This position does not include lead catching or lead distribution responsibilities.
Professional English proficiency is required, as this role involves frequent written and verbal communication with U.S. and Canadian clients, travel advisors, hotel partners, and internal business stakeholders.
