The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability for the Fairfield Inn Windsor Locks. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, capturing business across key market segments, and ensuring the hotel meets or exceeds its sales and revenue goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3–5 years of hotel sales experience; Marriott/Select Service experience strongly preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing market share.Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.Familiarity with Marriott systems and tools (e.g., MARSHA, CI/TY, FDC).Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.Results-driven with strong business acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership with the ability to collaborate across departments.High energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
