As the Multi-Property Sales Coordinator, you will focus on providing administrative and operational support to the sales team across The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton and outlets. This role involves coordinating the sales process, managing client inquiries, and assisting with the preparation of contracts, proposals, and presentations. The Complex Sales Coordinator maintains accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensures timely follow-ups with clients, and supports the team in meeting revenue goals. Additionally, they liaise with other departments, such as events and reservations, to ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to execution. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the overall sales strategy. This role is critical in streamlining sales operations and fostering positive client relationships.
