- Processing of emails, inquiries, offers and contracts
- You oversee the booking situation and check it for correctness
- You create name lists, schedules, handovers to the operational departments and check invoices
- You keep your eyes and ears open for interesting projects and new customers
- You enjoy the internal communication, as you act as a liaison
- You regularly participate in the relevant meetings and trainings for your area
Show us your talents!
- Completed hotel training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management
- Quereinsteigers and part-time students are also very welcome
- First professional experience in the area of convention sales is advantageous
- Strong organizational talent, as well as a great interest in team work
- Secure handling of the Microsoft Office programs
- Joy and passion for goal-oriented internal communication
- Warm, authentic and friendly personality
- Inspiring communication and expressiveness in German and English; any other language is a plus
